Whether the platform is up, component by component, and what we know about any incident.
Incidents are posted here as they happen, with updates until they are resolved. Planned maintenance is announced here in advance. Our checks alert us when something fails; we don't email workspace owners about each incident, so this page is the place to look.

If something looks wrong and this page doesn't say so yet, write to support@jiayang.cloud with the workspace, the app and the time; the Support page says what else helps. The platform runs on Cloudflare and the providers on the Subprocessors page, so their own status pages are worth a look too.
